Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context otherwise requires:

• "10svip" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to 10svip, the operator of the online betting platform accessible at https://10svip.cam and its associated subdomains.
• "Platform" — the website, mobile-optimized site, applications, software, and all associated services operated by 10svip.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" / "your" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the personal player account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds credited to a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any bonus credits separately identified.
• "Bonus Credit" — any promotional funds, free bets, or equivalent non-cash incentives granted by 10svip to a User, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity-verification procedures, including submission and review of government-issued identification documents.
• "Transaction" — any deposit, withdrawal, bonus credit, or wager placed through the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other betting market made available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform or the placing of online bets is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all Transactions on the Platform are denominated.

To be eligible to register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
2. You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
3. You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial betting operation.
4. You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or had an Account terminated for a policy violation.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 10svip or any affiliated entity.
6. You are not a resident of a Prohibited Territory. 10svip reserves the right to update the list of Prohibited Territories at any time.
7. Participation on this Platform may conflict with local laws in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of accessing and using the Platform before you register. 10svip accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is restricted or prohibited.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Creating, operating, or attempting to operate multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.

3.2 Registration Information

When registering, you must supply accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name (matching your Indonesian KTP or equivalent government-issued identification), valid mobile phone number, active email address, and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly notify 10svip of any changes by contacting customer support.

3.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 10svip will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify 10svip immediately via live chat or email.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

10svip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: (a) there is a suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or abuse of promotions; (b) KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe; (c) the User has breached these Terms & Conditions; or (d) the User requests voluntary self-exclusion.

10svip operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program to prevent fraud, underage gambling, and financial crimes. You acknowledge and agree that:

1. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC clearance before funds are released to your nominated bank account or e-wallet.
2. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a clear photograph or scanned copy of your Indonesian KTP (National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued photo ID; a selfie holding your ID document; and proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bank account or e-wallet showing your name and account number).
3. Documents must be legible, unobstructed, and unaltered. Edited, cropped, or digitally modified documents will be rejected and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
4. 10svip will aim to complete standard KYC review within 10–30 minutes during business hours. Complex cases may take up to 72 hours.
5. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of a request may result in Account suspension and, in cases of suspected fraud, forfeiture of Balance pending investigation.
6. All KYC data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

10svip accepts deposits via the following methods: bank transfer to designated accounts at BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI; e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja; and select debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard — availability subject to your issuing bank's restrictions on gambling transactions).

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by 10svip, however your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction limits. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). 10svip does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing system. 10svip is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or public holidays. If your deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction proof (transfer receipt).

5.4 Source of Funds

By depositing funds, you represent and warrant that (a) the funds are lawfully obtained and are not proceeds of any criminal activity, and (b) you are the registered owner of the bank account or e-wallet used to fund your Account. Deposits from accounts held in a name other than your registered Account name will not be accepted and will be returned.

1. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in your own legal name and has been verified as part of KYC.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000.000, subject to available Account balance. Users wishing to withdraw amounts exceeding this limit should contact customer support to arrange a split disbursement.
3. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by our automated payment system. Manual review may be triggered for large amounts or first-time withdrawals, extending processing time to a maximum of 2 hours.
4. 10svip reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal, at its sole discretion.
5. Bonus Credit and funds subject to active wagering requirements are not withdrawable until the applicable rollover conditions have been fully met.
6. Any withdrawal request submitted in connection with suspected fraudulent, collusive, or bonus-abuse activity may be frozen pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, 10svip reserves the right to void the withdrawal and close the Account.
7. 10svip does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside 10svip's control and are borne by you.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New members who make their first deposit are eligible for 10svip's Welcome Bonus of 100% match up to Rp 2.000.000. To qualify, the minimum first deposit is Rp 50.000. The bonus is credited automatically upon deposit and is subject to a 5x turnover requirement calculated on the combined deposit and bonus amount, before any withdrawal is permitted.

7.2 General Bonus Conditions

1. Each bonus offer is available once per User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
2. Bonuses have a 30-day validity period from the date of activation, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Expired, uncleared bonus funds will be removed from the Account without notice.
3. 10svip reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
4. If 10svip identifies that a User is exploiting bonus offers — including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple Accounts — it reserves the right to void any winnings derived from such activity and close the Account.
5. Deposit made using certain payment methods may not qualify for specific bonuses. Refer to the promotion-specific terms for applicable exclusions.
6. Wagering requirements for bonuses may only be fulfilled through eligible games or betting markets as specified in the promotion terms. Generally, togel (lottery) bets contribute at a lower rate to rollover clearance than sports bets or slot wagers.

All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or betting market, which are published within the Platform and incorporated herein by reference. The following general rules apply to all Wagers:

1. Wagers are final once confirmed on the Platform. You may not cancel or amend a Wager after it has been accepted by the system, except where a specific in-play cash-out function is available and activated.
2. 10svip reserves the right to void any Wager where (a) the odds or prices were set in error, (b) the event was affected by corruption, match-fixing, or force majeure, or (c) the bet was placed after the event had already concluded due to a system error.
3. Maximum payout per single Wager settlement is Rp 500.000.000 unless a higher limit has been pre-agreed in writing with the Company. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are subject to separate maximum payout schedules published in the betting interface.
4. For live in-play betting, short connection interruptions or delays may affect the timing of bet acceptance. 10svip's servers act as the definitive record of all accepted Wagers and their accepted odds.
5. In the event of a dispute regarding a Wager outcome, the decision of 10svip management is final and binding, subject to the Company's complaints resolution procedure.
6. Results for togel (numbers lottery) markets are determined exclusively by the official draw results issued by the relevant lottery body (e.g., Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel HK). Any discrepancy between unofficial third-party results and the official source will be resolved in favor of the official result.

10svip is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial distress. We provide a range of player-protection tools accessible from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days.
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum loss threshold per time period to prevent runaway spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders and session expiry notifications after a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Enable hourly pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss figure.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your Account for a defined period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days) or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, your Account is locked and no further deposits or Wagers are permitted. To apply, contact customer support.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
2. Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
3. Using automated bots, scripts, software, or other technical means to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
4. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Colluding with other players, affiliates, or third parties to manipulate game or event outcomes.
6. Engaging in matched betting, bonus abuse, or arbitrage strategies with intent to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
7. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory through the use of VPN, proxy services, or other circumvention tools.
8. Selling, transferring, or acquiring an Account from or to any third party.
9. Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior toward 10svip staff or other platform users.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the 10svip brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software code, odds data, game content, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 10svip or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 10svip. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10svip, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

1. Any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, goodwill, or any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
2. Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failures, maintenance, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond 10svip's reasonable control.
3. Any delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications providers.
4. Gambling losses resulting from Wagers placed on the Platform. By accessing 10svip, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds wagered.
5. Any legal consequences you face as a result of using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

10svip's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount you deposited to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data by 10svip is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the data-processing practices described therein.

In summary, 10svip collects personal data necessary to provide and improve its services, process financial transactions, conduct KYC verification, prevent fraud and money laundering, and communicate with you regarding your Account and promotional offers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

10svip reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 10svip will provide notice via a notification displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account, giving at least 7 days' advance notice before changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to prevent fraud.

Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of any available Balance before the changes come into force.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the Platform (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial contract law and the internal operating regulations of 10svip's licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and 10svip, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. 10svip aims to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, disputes may be referred to an agreed third-party mediation service.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia.
